I remember when Taco Bell randomly popped up in Annerley, around the corner from my friend’s apartment. Now there’s 27 stores and some of them are in regional towns such as Ballina, Tamworth and Orange. This is the company’s third attempt at expanding into Australia, and they’re already behind on their aim for 50 stores in three years .
