That makes 30,000 Govt Vehicle routes before the Metris (probably lower, But) If all Rural Routes Get a Govt Vehicle, Metris or LLV, And there are at least 100,000 Rural Routes ( we know there are more) and each lose just 1 hour evaluation ...The purpose of RRECS was to MORE FAIRLY compensate an individual for what THEY do.
