It appears that Stranglegasp in blight-ravaged maps only appears as a normal unique onyx amulet with neversink filter. Wanted to warn you all. I might have missed it as i usually do not pick up unique amulets. MIght have missed others actually so a bit sad :D. Stay sane exiles. Filters can only tell you the base item type and the item rarity.
