My experience at Sanctuary Fitness has been consistently frustrating. The outdated equipment, lack of a motivating atmosphere, and frequent overcrowding during peak hours have made it difficult to enjoy a productive workout. Moreover, the absence of engaging HIIT programs or innovative workout options is a missed opportunity.
