Also visible is a surrounding traumatic hematoma. POCUS showed distended gallbladder with normal wall thickness, and some areas of increased echogenicity in the gallbladder which may represent debris. Patient was later found to have a proximal pancreatic mass likely compressing bile ducts and causing distention of gallbladder and elevated lab findings.
