The Elite armor is only good for when you're trying to max out Slayer XP, which I'm saving until later. I got to Slayer 70 without it, but will probably end up getting the Elite armor whenever I get the coins for it. Definitely don't get the early versions of the gear until you're trying to complete the item log. They're bad.

Not really the most fun route as it removes all strategy, but it's a super easy one.
