Jfrog rt dl. Tested and it looks good to me. Permissions after download were 644 as expected. Downloading an artifact with 'jfrog rt dl' is resulting in a 0600 file despite 022 umask being set. Appears to only occur for container type artifacts (.jar, .tar), but that may just be due to small sample size.
