Vivid Seats is for Keeps, TicketMaster more like TicketDisaster. Vivid Seats has very helpful and friendly customer service, and their app is user-friendly and efficient. My only wish, however unreasonable, is that they not be in business with Ticketmaster as their team and app are not nearly as capable.
