Nov 9, 2022 · Thanks for your answer. After my 4th call to Directv, I think I have some clarification. There are two parts to this-one is the Directv app and the other is the Directv streaming box. I cannot get the app on my LG tv but I was able to get it on my phone to set my account and sign in information.
