If you're scoring that low the problem is most likely big content gaps. I was in a similar situation last year and ended up doing boards boot camp. Went from 370s to 480s on COMSAE before and after, and predict my second COMSAE was low due to some big external stressors at the time. I got a 20% on OMM and still was in the 580+ just off the buzz words questions alone. Don't be nervous!It felt very similar to Comsae 112. I was expecting to get destroyed by ethics and biostats but thought most of these questions were pretty straightforward. Definitely had some poor worded OMM questions that didn’t make much sense. I tend to go with my gut and move on when I don’t know answer and I felt like that strategy served me well.
