You need to call 611 during regular business hours and speak to a customer service representative to request that your device is unlocked. It took approximately 2 minutes to unlock my device this way, once I spoke to someone.
Nov 7, 2022 · In the meantime, try clearing the cache and cookies and power cycling your phone by pressing and holding the Power/Lock button on the right side of the device, then select Power off. To turn the device back on, press and hold the Power/Lock button until the screen lights up. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app may help as well.
